Our policy
All Amalfi Limousine Car Service staff members have a specific license to act as a professional driver.

Transport service
All transport services will be carried out by authorized drivers.

Booking information
At the time of booking, customers must pay a deposit. If clients wish, they can also pay the full tour price in advance.

When we receive your payment, we will send you a booking voucher. We can also send you an invoice if requested.

Booking on behalf of others
By booking on behalf of other attendees, you are considered the designated contact person for each attendee included in that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments, notifying if changes or cancellations are needed, and keeping your group informed. By booking on behalf of another or more persons, you are responsible for verifying that all information provided on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and Amalfi Limousine Car Service will in no case be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided for complete a reservation.

Cancellation policy
In the event that it is necessary to cancel a service it is necessary to notify immediately by e-mail. Other modalities will not be accepted.

Standard cancellation policy
For the cancellation Amalfi Limousine Car Service will determine the refund due as follows:

1. Within 7 days before the scheduled date of the requested service (until 11.59 pm of the 7th day before the date of the service): No penalty. We will refund you the full amount paid. No penalty: 100% refund. If you have only paid a deposit, we will refund the full amount paid. Refund of 100% of the deposit. Please note that if the price of the tour you have booked includes entrance tickets to Museums / Archaeological Sites / Art Galleries / Churches the cost of the tickets will be non-refundable.

2. Within 48 hours before the scheduled time for the requested service: 25% penalty. If you have paid the full amount of your tour, we will refund you a total of 75%. 25% penalty – 75% refund. If you have only paid a deposit, we will not refund the amount paid. No refunds on the deposit. Please note that if the price of the tour you have booked includes entrance tickets to Museums / Archaeological Sites / Art Galleries / Churches the cost of the tickets will be non-refundable.

3. Less than 48 hours: 100% penalty. No refunds – 100% penalty. If you have paid a deposit, we will not refund the amount paid. No refunds on the deposit.

4. Furthermore, within 72 hours before the requested service time you can reschedule your service without paying any fee.

5. Force majeure

If the cancellation is due to force majeure Amalfi Limousine Car Service will refund the full amount paid for the tour.

“Force Majeure” event means any circumstance beyond reasonable control. Force majeure includes events such as wars, civil uprisings, volcanoes, extreme weather conditions (only if the event has forced the sites to be closed), earthquakes or natural disasters that make it dangerous or impossible to take the tour safely. Amalfi reserves the right to establish what constitutes “Force Majeure”.

If your cruise ship is unable to dock due to rough seas, you are not responsible for canceling the tour; money will not be lost: no penalty – 100% refund. If you have paid a deposit, we will refund the amount paid. Refund of 100% of the deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: If the price of the tour you have booked includes entrance tickets to Museums / Archaeological Sites / Pallerie / Churches, in case of cancellation the cost of the tickets will not be refundable.
